NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
When it comes to nutrition, we use an individualistic approach. Everyone is different so the same nutritional plan will not work for everyone. We favor a ketogenic lifestyle, which simply means that you eat in a way in which you use fat for fuel opposed to traditional carbohydrates. We also favor intermittent fasting.
When appropriate we will use hCG and other pharmaceuticals for appetite suppression. We’re happy to sit down with you and outline a specific program tailored to your needs!
